How to cancel your Fetal Monitoring Academy Membership
Important information before you make this next step
Every six months I increase the price of the Fetal Monitoring Academy. You have locked in your original, low, subscription price - and while you stay subscribed this price will never change while the Academy still exists. This is my way of repaying gratitude to people who subscribe.
However...
If you decide to cancel your membership, and then you want to sign up again, you'll have to pay the new and higher price, and will stay at this higher price for each subsequent billing cycle (monthly or annually). You'll also miss out on all the new things going on inside the Academy!
So I highly recommend that even if you don't use the Academy more than once or twice a year, you keep it so you can keep the lower subscription price.
Still want to cancel your membership? This is how you do it:
- Log into your account (here)
- Click on your Avatar at the top right corner of the screen - like this
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu
- Click Billing and you'll see your active subscriptions
- Click on the three dots beside your subscription, and choose Cancel this Subscription
Once confirmed, you will lose access to the Fetal Monitoring Academy at the end of your current billing cycle
If you pay using Pay Pal
- Click the three dots next to the subscription you want to cancel and then click Cancel in PayPal
- You'll be redirected to your PayPal account - you may need to log in first.
- Go to Account Settings and click Payments
- Select Manage Automatic Payments and select BirthSmallTalk - you can cancel the subscription here.
